I need to become more athletic again. My belly… phew.

I have started running again. I just have to keep at it. I also started doing pushups again. I just did 125 after a break of almost 2 months.

Such breaks are too long. But sure. I just don’t have the strength for everything at the moment. Constantly just frustration eating, sitting, brooding, working.
